The NatureMade Food and Drink Awards
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1. All products must meet the declaration of eligibility criteria as outlined on the awards website.
2. Entry Submission
2.1. All entries must be submitted via the online entry form by the stated deadlines.
2.2. The entry fee must be paid at the time of submission. Entries without payment will not be considered.
2.3. Entry charges are applied per product, not per company.
2.4. The awards hold the authority to reject entries that are determined to be unsuitable or contrary to the values upheld by the competition.
3. Product Delivery
3.1. Entrants are responsible for delivering the required samples of each entered product to the address provided, within the specified delivery windows.
3.2. All items must be properly packaged to ensure safe arrival.
3.3. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the entrant.
3.4. All products must be labelled with a best before date or use by date.
4. Judging Process
4.1. All entries will be judged by our judging team.
4.2. Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
4.3. Feedback on entries may be provided at the discretion of the awards organisers but is not guaranteed.
5. Use of Information and Samples
5.1. By entering, you grant the organisers the right to use your product name, images, and any materials submitted for marketing and promotional purposes related to the awards.
5.2. Product samples will be used for judging, media, and consumer tastings, and will not be returned.
6. Disqualification
6.1. Entries may be disqualified if:
6.1.1. False or misleading information is provided.
6.1.2. The eligibility criteria are not met.
6.1.3. Samples are not delivered within the required timeframe.
6.2. Entry fees for disqualified entries are non-refundable, and samples (if sent) will not be returned.
7. Entry Fees
7.1. Entry fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation of the awards by the organisers.
7.2. Fees cover administrative costs and judging.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1. Entrant details will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering the awards.
8.2. By entering, you consent to your information being stored in compliance with GDPR regulations.
9. Liability
9.1. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to products during delivery or judging.
9.2. The organisers are not liable for any costs incurred by entrants in the preparation or submission of entries.
10. Amendments and Cancellation
10.1. The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. The organisers reserve the right to amend the awards schedule.
